The Site

This forms part of a wider approved scheme, which also includes a new members' entrance, outdoor swimming pool, reconfigured and extended tennis courts, an extended heat experience and an outdoor training area.

The overall scheme received planning consent in January 2025, with the first phase of works now underway on site. This initial phase includes the demolition of the existing entrance, alongside excavation works for the new hydropool.

Our involvement first began in 2014, when we were appointed to work on the residential redevelopment of the site adjacent to the Health Club. Further information on this project can be found on our Large Projects page.

Since then, the owners of Odyssey Health Club have continued to invest in the club, undertaking a series of significant upgrades to enhance the facilities and overall member experience.

These improvements have included the creation of new male and female changing rooms, the conversion of the existing squash courts into a new dining and salon area, and the introduction of brand-new spa facilities and equipment.

Our most recent project involves the construction of a new entrance extension, incorporating a hydropool within the existing pool hall.
